I really enjoy doing weddings at The Westlake Village Inn. Not only is it a beautiful location, but the staff there make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. The drive up to Westlake Village from Santa Monica is especially scenic. I usually take the Pacific Coast Highway north to Malibu Canyon Road and then it’s a few exits on the 101 before hitting Westlake Village. It always amazes me how one minute I’m passing deep blue ocean and surfers on my left and then 10 minutes later I’m winding uphill through hills and canyons and ranches. Once in Calabassas, I imagine I’m in Tuscany with the golden hills and tall pointy cypress trees.

Here are some pictures of a fall wedding at the Westlake Village Inn. The ceremony was held in the Tuscan Gardens and the reception in the Wine Cellar. The Wine Cellar is a great intimate location for a smaller wedding complete with rattan chairs, quacking ducks, and a lakeside view.
